My dear friend and I are looking for an additional member/couple to our new creative & collective house starting October 1st.
We're both professionals (early-mid 30's) who value community, luxurious living, and enriching experiences! Want to live in a stunning home with us?
The property is directly above Thetis Lake, on its own private lake. Beautifully furnished with a luxurious kitchen, lots of storage, access to hiking trails and an incredibly private and secluded feel. You would have an an entire floor of the home to yourself with your own bathroom.
Ideally a creative or professional interested in collaboration: media creation, videography, photography,
Youtube, online business etc....but open to the right fit.
* Him: Epic, friendly, landscaping small business owner - likes video/photography, crypto, yoga/fitness and lover of nature (aka plant whisperer).
* Her: Online business owner, mother of one toddler who lives with me part-time, interested in yoga, meditation, art, music, media creation, & hosting community.
* You: Interested in living collectively, professional, clean, fun, friendly, interesting, open to collaboration/creating a sweet community space for gatherings/music.
This home comes partially furnished with living room furniture in main shared living room (with piano) and 30' high ceilings, huge kitchen and dining room, PLUS access to a private lake shared with three other homes!!!!
This home is perfect if you're craving a sweet community of creatives along with the serenity of being on a nature reserve near Thetis Lake.
ROOMS AVAILABLE:
Ground floor main room (great for private living space/studio or large bedroom (approx 25' x 40'). High ceilings, bright with own sliding doors onto private patio overlooking lake. Second adjoining room approx 10' x 10' (with couch in pic - great for bedroom or office) is located off of main room.
You would also have your own bathroom on main floor of home that would just be shared with visitors.
Rent is $1400 + 1/3 util, wifi and security system
