WANTED: caring, compassionate, female live-in roommate, to share a lovely, vacation style home in Nanaimo. Bright vaulted living room, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, mostly hardwood floors, 400 sq. foot deck with a beautiful mountain view and even a hint of the lake. :-)
Free short term or partial long term rent negotiated in exchange for some help around home. Need more help at first while recovering from illness, so willing to offer free rent exchange, up to end of July or August, then by September reduced rent can be negotiated for housework, or can switch to regular room mate status. (In that case, your share of rent would be 1/2 rent plus 1/2 utilities.)
Type of help could include housekeeping, simple cooking, errands, rides to appointments, and occasional support for a friendly 47 year old professional woman. May be an ideal situation for a retired or semi retired woman; a lady looking for a new start in a beautiful city; or even a mature student. Open to possibilities - just ask. :-)
I do have a sweet kitty that is too timid to add other pets right now. Hope you're not allergic.
