Room for rent Departure Bay area March 1st in New Westminster, British Columbia

The room will open March 1st. The cost of rent includes everything except your own food. Wi-Fi, TV and phone is provided no need for damage deposit. Must be comfortable with dogs we have a 70 pound husky german shepard. Accommodation will be shared with my wife and and another Tennant. It's a 3200sq ft house with open concept and incredible views. I am also physically disabled and in a wheel chair full-time.
