My dear friend and I are looking for an additional member/couple to our new creative & collective house starting July 1st, 2019
We're both professionals (early-mid 30's) who value community, luxurious living, and enriching experiences! Want to live in a stunning home with us?
The property is directly above Thetis Lake, on its own private lake. Beautifully furnished with a luxurious kitchen, lots of storage, access to hiking trails and an incredibly private and secluded feel. You would have two rooms to yourself with your own bathroom.
Us: Friends and professionals in our thirties along with a toddler who lives part-time with us.
This home comes partially furnished with living room furniture in main shared living room (with piano) and 30' high ceilings, huge kitchen and dining room, PLUS access to a private lake shared with three other homes!!!! Open to animals with pet deposit.
ROOMS AVAILABLE:
Forest Glen Room #1: Medium size room with small walk-in closet. Room: 12.5' x 12.5'. Closet: 6' x 5' (checkered bedspread in pictures). This room overlooks the forested mountains and is a private reprieve from the hustle of modern life. Unfurnished except for bed.
Room #2: (dove grey paint in pictures) 12.5' x 11'. Closet 7' x 2': This room is a bit smaller, but still cute. Comes with chandelier light, closet and window overlooking the front of the house. Unfurnished. These two top-floor rooms share their own bathroom with double his/her sinks, toilet and tub.
Rent $1250 which includes wifi, security system, and one driveway parking spot. Additional parking on street.. Utilities are extra and dependant on usage (in summer/warm months - approx $200 every three months). Location: 5 min drive from Prior Lake on nature reserve!!
