Wᴇ ʜᴀᴠᴇ two amazing bedrooms available for one person or a couple ɪɴ ᴏᴜʀ ᴀᴍᴀᴢɪɴɢ ɪɴᴛɪᴍᴀᴛᴇ ᴄᴏʟʟᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ as soon as March 1st or March 15th. Also open to short-term rental but ideally long-term.
OUR COMMUNITY:
This large 3-floor home (around 3,000 sq ft) on a private lake near Thetis is the perfect secluded spot for a working professional seeking a beautiful home with two (and a half) other awesome humans. has immediate access to lots of hiking trails, lakes (Prior Lake/Thetis and our private backyard lake), and forest (perfect for those into hiking and the outdoors). This location is serene, secluded, and still close to town.
This home comes partially furnished with living room furniture in main shared living room with baby grand piano, 30' high ceilings, huge kitchen and dining room, PLUS access to a private lake shared with three other homes!!!! All you need to bring is your bedroom/personal items.
* This home has great access to nature being within minutes of Thetis Lake, hiking, and is a 12 min walk to Prior Lake.
* We LOVE kitties and doggies so ~ animals considered with pet deposit.
* One car allowed on driveway and second car on street.
* Because of our location: CAR IS A MUST LIVING HERE. Nearest bus stop is about 10 min drive through forest (20-25 min walk).
