This isn't a room rental. It's a full sharing opportunity where we have joint say in what happens in our home. We'd share responsibility for upkeep and decisions.
As you can see by the pictures, I'm still unpacking and decorating. We have lots of home decor to choose from to make this "our" place. I have a comfy chiropractic queen size bed, tables, lamps, and pics to choose from for your room.
My room and bath are upstairs. Yours is on the main level with a semiprivate bathroom across the hall, awaiting your decoration. :-)
Your half of the rent is $575 per month with utilities shared. If your budget is tighter, there's an opportunity to reduce your portion of the rent down to $500 in exchange for doing some extra housekeeping.
I have a sweet kitty, so hopefully you don't have allergies. No dogs for sure. His stress induced health issue probably won't allow another cat, but ask if in doubt.
